This lidded hōju vessel is turned from a Sycamore tree that fell near Asheville, NC. The attractive spalting pattern is caused by fungi that began the decomposition process as the tree lay on the ground, making for a unique and organic feel. This hōju has imperfections representative of its decayed wooden state, perfectly imperfect. 2.5" W x 3"H
